A daily digest of decisions due, from Duaer
To get a daily digest of decisions due, turn on the Duaer daily digest. Each member gets one message a day with what is overdue or due today, what else is open, and related documents. It goes to Feishu, else WeCom, else email.
What is in the daily digest?
- What is overdue or due today, first.
- Other open items, up to five.
- Related documents, found within what that person may read.
- Nothing is sent to someone with nothing open that day.
How do you turn on the daily digest?
- As an owner or admin, open Duaer Settings › Daily digest.
- Turn on Send the daily digest. It is off by default.
- Choose Send time (in half-hour steps, 08:00 by default), Days (Monday to Friday by default), and Timezone.
- Click Send me a preview to see what you would get, then click Save.
Where does the message go?
Duaer sends on Feishu first, on WeCom if the person isn’t linked to Feishu, and by email otherwise. Each person gets it on one channel. If the preview says no channel reaches you, link Feishu or WeCom, or set up email.
Can people turn it off for themselves?
Yes. In the Duaer employee portal, each person turns Daily digest on or off with Send to me.
How does it relate to the employee portal home page?
The digest reminds; the work happens on the Duaer employee portal home page. It reads “3 things need your decision today.”, puts what gets worse if it waits first, and one click on a card handles it.

Follow up on overdue work without chasing people: how Duaer does it
To follow up on overdue work without chasing, each item needs one owner, a clear date, and something that asks for an outcome once the date passes. Duaer does this with card rules and the employee portal: overdue items show up for their owner every day, what gets worse if it waits comes first, and every decision is recorded.
Follow-throughExpiry date tracking and reminders with Duaer card rules
To track expiry dates and get reminders before certificates, contracts, or equipment lapse, paste the list into a Duaer card rule and set how many days ahead to remind. Duaer puts a card in front of each owner every day before the date. One click records what was done, and the reminders stop.
Organizations and teamsGive employees their own Duaer employee portal
The Duaer employee portal is a separate sign-in address for each organization. Employees see the tasks and decisions workflows push to them and the metrics they follow, and can ask Duaer about them, without opening the workflow editor.
DataGive people tasks in Duaer with the tasks table
In Duaer, every project comes with one built-in data table named Duaer tasks. A workflow inserts a row to assign a task, push a decision card, or write a note. When the person clicks Done or picks an option in the Duaer employee portal, the result is written back to that row and a waiting workflow continues.
