Troubleshooting
Fix Notion object_not_found in Duaer
When the Notion node in Duaer returns Could not find database or object_not_found, the page or database is almost always not connected to your Notion integration.
Why Duaer cannot find the Notion database
The error reads like Could not find database with ID: … Make sure the relevant pages and databases are shared with your integration. A Notion integration sees nothing until you connect it to each page or database.
Fix it in Duaer
- In Notion, open the page that holds the database and select ⋯ at the top right.
- Select Connections, search for the integration your Duaer Notion credential uses, and confirm. Connecting a parent page covers its child pages.
- Back in Duaer, pick the database again from the list in the Notion node and select Execute step.
Still failing after connecting
- Wrong ID: the database ID is the 32 characters before ?v= in the link; after ?v= is the view ID.
- A linked database: the Notion API does not support it. Connect the original database.
- Another workspace: a Notion integration only reaches the workspace it was created in.
Questions
Does a Duaer Notion credential reach the whole workspace?
No. Connect the Notion integration to each page or database before Duaer can read or write it; a parent page covers its children.
Can Duaer write to a Notion linked database?
No. The Notion API does not support linked databases; select the original database in Duaer.
