Search compounds in Duaer

What you get

Compounds in the Duaer data market searches compounds and drugs from a public compound source. One successful search uses 1 credit; a name that matches nothing uses 0.

Add the node from the Duaer Data category (Compounds), or copy the skill on the data market.

Search on the canvas

1. Open the node creator, select Duaer Data, then Compounds.
2. Send one identifier only: Name, CID, Formula, SMILES, or InChIKey.
3. Limit defaults to 10, max 20 (a name may return several compounds up to this limit). Select Execute step.

A successful search uses 1 credit. Items include cid, formula, weight, smiles, inchiKey, and related fields. Production deliverables land in the data pool.

## Call

`GET https://api.duaer.com/v1/data/compounds?name=aspirin&limit=10`

Header: `Authorization: Bearer <Duaer key>`

Use an account key or a model API key.

Send one identifier: `name`, `cid`, `formula`, `smiles`, or `inchikey`.

- `limit` — optional. From 1 to 20. Default 10. A name can return several compounds up to this limit.

## Result

Each item has `source`, `title`, `url`, `summary`, `cid`, `formula`, `weight`, `iupacName`, `smiles`, `inchi`, `inchiKey`, `xlogp`, `tpsa`, `hbondDonors`, `hbondAcceptors`, `rotatableBonds`, `complexity`, and `charge`.

## Credits

One successful search uses 1 credit.
An empty search, a failed search, a compound that matches nothing, or no remaining credits uses 0.
No remaining credits returns 402 and does not search.
A missing key returns 401.
