在 Duaer 里接收企业微信智能机器人回调并启动数字组织。
## 使用步骤

1. 在企业微信侧配置智能机器人回调地址为该触发器的 Webhook URL。
2. 在 Duaer 里选好对应接收凭证与事件类型后发布数字组织。
