# 在 Duaer 里检索 STRING enrichment

在 Duaer 里对基因符号运行 STRING 功能富集。一次成功查询用 1 额度。
## 能拿到什么

Duaer 数据市场里的「STRING enrichment」一次成功查询 1 额度。

从节点创建器选「STRING enrichment」，或打开 [数据市场](/zh/getting-started/data-market.md)。相关见 [interactions](/zh/getting-started/interactions.md)。

## 在画布里检索

1. 打开节点创建器，选 Duaer 数据 → STRING enrichment。
2. 填 Words（默认 BRCA1 TP53）或 ID。
3. Limit 默认 10，最大 20。执行。

成功扣 1 额度。

## 用 API 调用

- GET https://api.duaer.com/v1/data/string-enrichment?...
- Authorization: Bearer <Duaer key>

# Duaer STRING enrichment

Run STRING functional enrichment for gene symbols through Duaer with a Duaer key.

## Call

`GET https://api.duaer.com/v1/data/string-enrichment?words=BRCA1%20TP53&limit=10`

Provide `words` or `id`.
- `words` — gene symbols separated by space, such as BRCA1 TP53.
- `id` — optional. Gene symbols separated by space.
- `limit` — optional. From 1 to 20. Default 10.

## Result

Each item has `source`, `title`, `url`, `summary`, `term`, `category`, `fdr`, and `description`.
