Turn a meeting recording into minutes with Duaer

In Duaer, upload a meeting recording, turn it into text with Duaer Transcribe, and let the meeting notes employee list decisions, actions, and open questions.

Build the meeting minutes flow in Duaer

  1. Hire the Duaer meeting notes employee and copy its ID under Hired.
  2. Add Form Trigger with one File field labelled Recording and Accepted File Types .mp3,.m4a,.wav.
  3. Add Duaer Transcribe. Set Input Binary Field to Recording (the form stores the file under the field label), set Language, and pick a model with Transcribe in its name.
  4. Add Duaer Employee, paste the ID, and set Input to {{ $json.transcript }}.
  5. Add Send Email or Slack to send decisions, actions, and open_questions to attendees.

When you already have a transcript from your meeting tool, skip transcription: collect the text in the form and pass it straight to the employee.

Format of Duaer meeting minutes

  • decisions: what was decided, separated by semicolons.
  • actions: each as Owner: task due YYYY-MM-DD; TBD when the owner or date was not said.
  • open_questions: unresolved questions, or none.

Duaer Transcribe takes up to 12 MB per file and charges by length; the meeting notes employee costs 5 credits per call. Split long meetings before transcribing.

Questions
