Post new WooCommerce orders to a WeCom group with Duaer
In Duaer, every new WooCommerce order posts its number, total, customer, and items to a WeCom group.
Build the order alert in Duaer
- In WordPress, open WooCommerce › Settings › Advanced › REST API and create a key with Read/Write (the trigger registers a webhook with it).
- Create a WooCommerce credential in Duaer with Consumer Key, Consumer Secret, and the store URL.
- Add WooCommerce Trigger with Event order.created.
- Add the WeCom node with the message-push resource and a group-bot Webhook credential.
- Message: New order #{{ $json.number }}, {{ $json.total }} {{ $json.currency }}, {{ $json.billing.first_name }}, items: {{ $json.line_items.map(i => i.name + " x" + i.quantity).join("; ") }}
- Publish the digital organization.
Common issues
- Only large orders: add If with {{ Number($json.total) }} greater than 1000.
- Nothing in the group: check errcode in the WeCom node output. Refer to Fix group bot failures in Duaer.
- The store needs HTTPS, and WooCommerce must reach Duaer for the webhook to arrive.
Questions
Can Duaer post WooCommerce orders to Feishu or DingTalk instead?
Yes. Swap the WeCom node in the Duaer flow for HTTP Request to that bot webhook URL.
Why does the Duaer WooCommerce key need Read/Write?
Duaer WooCommerce Trigger registers a webhook in the store, which a read-only key cannot do.
