Send new Shopify orders to Google Sheets with Duaer

Build the order sync in Duaer

1. Create a Google Sheet with headers in row one: order, email, total, currency, created, items.
2. In Duaer add Shopify Trigger, connect the Shopify credential, and set Trigger On to Order Created.
3. Add Edit Fields with six fields: order = {{ $json.name }}, email = {{ $json.email }}, total = {{ $json.total_price }}, currency = {{ $json.currency }}, created = {{ $json.created_at }}, items = {{ $json.line_items.map(i => i.title + ' x' + i.quantity).join('; ') }}.
4. Add Google Sheets with Operation Append Row, pick the sheet, and set Mapping Column Mode to Map Automatically. Matching names line up with the headers.
5. Publish the digital organization. Shopify Trigger registers its webhook in the store only after publishing.

Test and common issues

• Place a test order in Shopify, then check the row in Duaer executions.
• To update one row per order instead of appending duplicates, use Append or Update Row matched on order.
• If order spikes hit the Google limit, refer to Fix Google Sheets 429 in Duaer.
