Send an email for each new Google Sheets row with Duaer
In Duaer, each new Google Sheets row, such as a signup or quote request, sends an email built from that row.
Build the new-row email in Duaer
- Create a Google credential in Duaer for an account that can open the sheet.
- Add Google Sheets Trigger with your Document and Sheet, Trigger On Row Added.
- Add Send Email: To Email {{ $json.Email }}, Subject We received your signup, Text Hi {{ $json.Name }}, thanks. We will be in touch soon. Use your real header names.
- Publish the digital organization. The trigger polls, so new rows usually send within minutes.
Common issues
- Notify yourself too: add a recipient, or wire a WeCom node in parallel.
- Send with Gmail: swap Send Email for the Gmail node and skip SMTP.
- 429 on large sheets or frequent polling: refer to Fix Google Sheets 429 in Duaer.

No. Duaer Row Added handles only rows added after you publish.
