# Common issues with WhatsApp Business Cloud in Duaer

Common WhatsApp Business Cloud node issues in Duaer: bad requests and sending media.
## Bad request - please check your parameters <a href="#bad-request-please-check-your-parameters" id="bad-request-please-check-your-parameters"></a>

WhatsApp rejected the parameters, most often on Send Template when the data does not match the template. Check each parameter’s type and order against the template. If parameters use expressions, make sure every item resolves to a valid value, and add defaults with Edit Fields (Set) if needed.

## Send images, audio, and documents <a href="#working-with-non-text-media" id="working-with-non-text-media"></a>

With Take Image From (or Audio, Document, Video) set to Duaer, the node sends the binary file from the previous step. Set Input Data Field Name to the field name itself, such as data, not an expression like {{ $json.input.data }}.
