# Accept deliverables in Duaer

In Duaer, production deliverables in the data pool start as pending. Accept or reject them so delivery is complete.
## What acceptance means

Duaer writes successful production deliverables to the data pool as pending.

Accept them, or reject with a short note. Only pending rows can change.

## How to accept or reject

1. Open Data pool in the sidebar.
2. Filter Acceptance to Pending.
3. Select Accept, or enter a reject reason and select Reject.

The reject reason stays on the record so you can fix and run again.
## Questions

### Can I leave Duaer deliverables pending?

Yes. Pending means not yet accepted.

### Can I accept a rejected row?

No. Run the digital employee again in production to get a new pending row.
