# Duaer release notes

What this Duaer version adds, and what to check on upgrade.
## What is new, and what you must check

The Duaer public version is 0.02. Release notes list additions and fixes under a version number. 0.01 was the first. Before you upgrade, see whether that version touches a node or setting you use.

[Breaking changes](/changelog/v30-breaking-changes.md) are narrower and do not repeat every fix. When the instance check reports a rule, open that section. Refer to [updating](/hosting/installation/updating.md) for upgrade steps. The docs site does not paste the upstream commit list.

## Duaer 0.02: plans, channels, and Microsoft

- An agent chat lists a plan with its title and how many tasks are done. When a plan change is rejected, expand that step for the reason. Refer to [turn Agents on](/advanced-ai/agents.md#plan).
- An agent can use WhatsApp. After you connect a WhatsApp Business credential, paste the callback URL and verify token into Meta. The agent can then receive messages and reply inside the 24-hour customer service window. Refer to [turn Agents on](/advanced-ai/agents.md#whatsapp).
- Microsoft SharePoint Trigger starts a workflow when a file in a document library, or an item in a list, changes or is deleted. The credential is Microsoft OAuth2 (Graph) or an Entra service principal. Refer to [Microsoft SharePoint Trigger](/integrations/builtin/trigger-nodes/duaer-nodes-base.microsoftsharepointtrigger.md).
- Microsoft Foundry Chat Model lists deployments when the credential is a Foundry endpoint. A classic Azure OpenAI credential takes the deployment name by id. A deployment that only serves the Responses API needs Use Responses API turned on. Refer to [Microsoft Foundry Chat Model](/integrations/builtin/cluster-nodes/sub-nodes/n8n-nodes-langchain.lmchatazureopenai.md).
- The WhatsApp Business Cloud template dropdown loads the full template list. Refer to [send a WhatsApp template in Duaer](/build/whatsapp.md).

## Duaer 0.01: credentials, Agents, and nodes

- Execute and Publish stop when a workflow uses a credential you cannot use, and Duaer names that credential and its owner. You can still edit it and switch to a credential you can use. Refer to [create and edit credentials](/credentials.md).
- Deleting a community credential waits until the delete finishes.
- A token signed for one purpose cannot be used for another. After an upgrade, sign in again if Duaer rejects the session. An invite link that was sent without an audience still works until it expires.
- replace() and array methods in an expression stop at a size cap and fall back past that cap. Refer to [expressions](/code/expressions.md).
- Settings > Agents turns Agents on or off for the instance. Turning it off blocks new runs and cancels pending messages. A run already going can finish. Agents and Duaer Designer share the sandbox. Refer to [turn Agents on](/advanced-ai/agents.md).
- An agent can be offered in Duaer Chat to everyone in the project, with an optional description. Usage and limits can set a monthly budget, an alert percent, and a cost cap per session.
- The Supabase node can use Supabase OAuth2 as well as the secret-key credential. The same OAuth credential can be reused for MCP. Refer to [Supabase credentials](/integrations/builtin/credentials/supabase.md).
- Google Calendar Trigger treats an all-day event by its calendar date, in the calendar time zone. Event Started and Event Ended include all-day events. The end date is exclusive. Refer to [Google Calendar Trigger](/integrations/builtin/trigger-nodes/duaer-nodes-base.googlecalendartrigger.md).
- Workflow history pruning runs as a durable system task. On execution engine v2, stopping a run from the main screen still works.
- The OAuth consent screen shows a client icon only when the server provides one. A global member can grant variable scopes on an API key. The share dialog stays open until the share changes are saved.

## Duaer 0.01: agents, the migration report, and nodes

- Open the menu on an agent capability to activate it, deactivate it, or remove it.
- In an agent chat, drag a queued message to reorder it, or move it with the Up and Down keys. That order is the order the messages are sent.
- Brevo node 1.1 reads recipients, CC, and BCC under the corrected field names. A workflow still on 1.0 keeps the older field names and still sends. Refer to [Brevo](/integrations/builtin/app-nodes/duaer-nodes-base.brevo.md).
- The migration report overview is read from the stored findings. Saving or publishing a workflow refreshes that workflow’s findings. Refer to [the migration report](/changelog/migration-report.md).
- With data sharing off, Duaer Designer stays in limited mode: it cannot see node parameter values or execution data, and it cannot create or edit workflows. Turn data sharing on under AI usage settings to restore those actions. Refer to [Duaer Designer on cloud](/manage-cloud/ai-assistant.md).
- When MCP lists models for one provider, it returns at most 50. If the list is cut off, pass a query and filter by model id. With no provider, the reply is a summary of providers.
- An agent configuration can turn on a budget guardrail: a per-session cap in US dollars, a monthly budget, and an alert percent. The alert percent needs a monthly budget. Turning the guardrail off keeps the saved amounts and does not apply them.
- The `import:workflow` command assigns an id when the imported file has none.
- On execution engine v2, a webhook or a trigger can pass a file into the run.
- The task runner keeps running after an unhandled promise rejection. Soft-delete during execution pruning runs as a durable system task.
- An API or MCP key bound to one Duaer organization lists and reads only that organization’s credentials. Refer to [each organization has its own switch](/advanced-ai/mcp/accessing-duaer-mcp-server.md#per-organization-access).

## Duaer 0.01: organizations and teams

- Every account gets its own organization. Invite members as Owner, Admin, or Member; credits and plans are billed per organization. Refer to [Duaer organizations](/organizations.md).
- An organization can add its own model keys, so calls to that provider no longer spend Duaer credits. Refer to [own model keys](/organizations/own-model-keys.md).
- Custom project roles belong to the organization and are free on every plan. Refer to [custom roles](/user-management/rbac/custom-roles.md).
- An organization can connect its own OpenID Connect sign-in. Refer to [organization SSO](/organizations/sso.md).
- Variables and tags are scoped to the organization: a variable without a project is an organization variable, and a tag name only has to be unique inside your organization. Refer to [variables](/code/variables.md) and [share and tags](/build/share-and-tags.md).

## Duaer 0.01: Duaer Designer and digital employees

- When Duaer Designer edits a workflow, nodes you did not name stay as they were. Language, rejected attachments, and credential descriptions are under [how Duaer Designer edits](/advanced-ai/assistant-edits.md).
- A custom cron on a digital employee shows a readable sentence. Refer to [schedules](/advanced-ai/digital-employee-schedules.md).
- A digital employee can read a Telegram photo after download is on. Refer to [Telegram](/flow-logic/telegram-trigger.md).
- Duaer Designer checks a build against acceptance samples you confirm and calls it verified only when all match. Rate a delivery with thumbs up or down and say why. Refer to [check and rate Duaer Designer deliveries](/advanced-ai/orgifydesk-delivery.md).

## Duaer 0.01: markets, plans, and access

- Employee market: hire digital employees others list and pay credits per call. Retired on 2026-10-08.
- On Starter and higher, bind your own subdomain to a published workflow; it opens its form or chat page. Refer to [bind your own domain](/build/custom-domain.md).
- The data market has a search box. Refer to [Duaer data market](/getting-started/data-market.md#search).
- Settings > Plans changes plans inside Duaer, and a 220,000 credits for $999 pack joins the credit packs. Refer to [plans and credits](/manage-cloud/plans.md).
- The model gateway adds rerank, transcription, video, music, and judgment endpoints. Refer to [model gateway endpoints](/api/model-api-key.md#endpoints).
- Instance level Duaer (MCP access) is now switched per Duaer organization by its owner or an admin. Refer to [each organization has its own switch](/advanced-ai/mcp/accessing-duaer-mcp-server.md#per-organization-access).

## Duaer 0.01: permissions and nodes

- Project roles gain View and Delete under Executions. Refer to [execution permissions](/user-management/rbac/execution-permissions.md).
- An instance role lists personal-space permissions. What you can turn off is publishing and sharing. Refer to [personal space](/user-management/rbac/personal-space.md).
- Restricted nodes appear in search. Replace uses the title Replace this step. Refer to [restricted nodes](/hosting/security/restricted-nodes.md).

## Duaer 0.01: runs and integrations

- MCP can install a verified community node. Refer to [install community nodes](/advanced-ai/mcp/install-community-nodes.md).
- Databricks adds an Embeddings sub-node. Refer to [Embeddings Databricks](/advanced-ai/embeddings-databricks.md).
- MiniMax output length is Maximum Number of Tokens. Refer to [MiniMax](/advanced-ai/minimax.md).
- On a narrow screen, a node’s input and output panels stay visible. Refer to [node details](/flow-logic/node-details.md).
- A canceled execution is not written over with another status. Refer to [canceled executions](/flow-logic/canceled-executions.md).
## Questions

### How do release notes differ from breaking changes in Duaer?

Release notes cover what a version adds and fixes. Breaking-change pages list only behavior that changes on upgrade and that you must check.

### Where are the Duaer 0.02 additions written?

At the top of this Duaer release notes page, in the 0.02 section: agent plans, the WhatsApp channel, Microsoft SharePoint Trigger, and Microsoft Foundry. Earlier notes stay in the 0.01 sections. The page does not list upstream commits.
