Send a WhatsApp template in Duaer

In Duaer, WhatsApp Business Cloud defaults to Resource Message and Operation Send Template. Sender Phone Number (or ID), Recipient's Phone Number, and Template are required. You need a whatsAppApi credential.

Send a template message

  1. Create a whatsAppApi credential (Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud).
  2. Search for WhatsApp Business Cloud and connect it after the previous node, then select the credential.
  3. Leave Resource on Message and Operation on Send Template.
  4. Choose Sender Phone Number (or ID), set Recipient's Phone Number (include the country code), then pick Template.
  5. Select Execute step.

Under the same Resource you can switch to Send, or Send and Wait for Response. There is also a Media resource.
