# Add a Sticky Note on the Duaer canvas

In Duaer, Sticky Note has no inputs or outputs. Content defaults to a short Markdown tip. Height is 160, Width 240, Color 1.
## Place a note

1. In the nodes panel, search for Sticky Note or note.
2. Drop it on the canvas. Double-click to edit Content (Markdown works).
3. Drag an edge to resize. Color defaults to 1.
4. The note is not part of the data path. It is documentation on the canvas.
