Build
Process boards: built once by an admin, each employee sees their own figures
Build a board on the process page from KPIs, line charts, bar charts and a cases table, or make a chart from one sentence, then publish it to the employee portal. Everyone who opens it sees only the metrics and cases they may see; each KPI keeps a value a day for 13 months; findings and boards link to each other.
Build a board
- Open the process page of a cases table and click New board under Boards. Only the organization’s owners and admins can change boards; project members see the list.
- Give the board a name and choose Who sees it: everyone, by role, or people.
- Add tiles: a KPI, a line chart (a metric by month), a bar chart (a metric by its breakdown; the metric needs one) or a cases table (a source, up to 8 columns, up to 50 rows). Move tiles up and down to order them; up to 24 tiles.
- A chart from one sentence: choose a source, write a sentence and click Fill in. Duaer drafts a metric and shows its value on the latest cases; only when you click Add chart is the metric saved and the chart added.
- Tick the findings to show, up to 20.
- Turn on Published on the employee portal and click Save. Created, changed and deleted are in the audit log, with counts only.
What employees see
- The board is in Boards on the employee portal beside their own boards, at /boards/process/<id>. Someone outside Who sees it cannot open it, as if it did not exist.
- Metrics follow My processes: a metric not published to the person is left out, and values are over the cases they see.
- A cases table lists only cases they see, newest first; someone who sees no case of the source gets no table.
- Findings are only those they may read.
KPI history
- Each process metric keeps its value over all of the source’s cases once a day, in the source’s time zone: written when its metrics refresh, and each hour for a source without today’s value. Days older than 400 are removed.
- The history line goes only to people who see the whole source; someone narrowed to some cases by a column rule sees today’s value of their own cases.
- History starts the day this ships.
Findings and boards
- In the findings list on the process page, tick the boards a finding is on; in a board, tick its findings.
- On the portal home, each finding lists the boards it is on that the person may open; click one to open it.
Questions
Why do two people see different figures on one board?
Every tile is worked out over the cases the person opening it may see. Someone narrowed to some cases by a column rule sees the value of those cases.
Can a board be sent to someone outside the company?
No. Process boards open only on the employee portal; there is no public link.
Can tiles be placed freely?
Not yet; tiles keep a list order, moved up and down.

See the process in your data and generate workflows in Duaer
Duaer reads the steps every case went through from the tables, databases or Feishu apps you already have: where cases wait too long, where they branch and who did each step. From that it generates three kinds of workflow, Watch, Coordinate and Execute, and replays each over past days before you publish it.
ProcessProcess findings and SOP conformance in Duaer
Process findings list the steps where cases wait too long or are done again, and which kind of case they happen to most. Propose any of them as a card rule and compare the 30 days before and after it was adopted. SOP conformance compares the SOP in your knowledge base with the steps cases really took.
DataTrack numbers in Duaer with one metrics table
In Duaer, every project comes with one built-in data table named Duaer metrics that holds its numbers. Scheduled workflows write the values; the Duaer metrics catalog decides who sees which metric and which dimension value.
Employee portalGive employees their own Duaer employee portal
The Duaer employee portal is a separate sign-in address for each organization. Employees see the tasks and decisions workflows push to them and the metrics they follow, and can ask Duaer about them, without opening the workflow editor.
