Share a file with Duaer Share File
In Duaer, Duaer Share File turns a file from this run into a signed link that anyone with the link can open until it expires. It is free.
Create a share link
- Search for Duaer Share File and connect it after a node that carries the file, such as Duaer Video Render or Convert to File.
- In Binary Field, enter the binary field that holds the file. The default is data.
- In Link Valid For (Days), enter how long the link works, from 1 to 7. The default is 7.
- Select Execute step. Each item keeps its fields and gains url, fileName, mimeType, fileSize, and expiresAt.
Put the url in an email, a chat message, or a form receipt; whoever opens it can download the file.
Who can open a Duaer Share File link
The link needs no sign-in. Anyone who has it can open it until expiresAt. You cannot revoke a single link before it expires, so do not use it for sensitive files.

Why does Duaer Share File say "Duaer can only share files kept in its file store"?
The file sits inline in the item data (for example binary built by hand in a Code node) and never went into the Duaer file store. Turn it into a file with Convert to File first, then connect Duaer Share File.
How long can a Duaer Share File link last?
In Duaer, at most 7 days. For longer, run the step again before the link expires to get a new one.
