# Turn on the Duaer MCP server

In Duaer, expose the instance as an MCP server so outside clients operate digital organizations with permission. Turn access on in the instance first.
## Turn it on on the instance first

1. Open Duaer’s MCP access settings.
2. Enable instance-level MCP.
3. Note the URL and auth material the client needs.
